Wet & Forget is recalling Wet & Forget Outdoor Rapid Application Moss, Mold, Mildew &
Algae Stain Remover with hose end nozzles, sold in 48- and 68-ounce spray bottles. Wet &
Forget has determined that the hose end nozzle can dislodge from the sprayer while the bottle
is connected to a water supply and the supply is turned on. Exposure to the stain removing
solution can cause skin or eye irritation.
