Banixx has initiated a recall of specific lots of Banixx Pet Care 8oz. and Banixx CHIXX 8oz, due to a breach in the water filtration system used during the blending process of the product. Although this does not have an impact on the effectiveness of the solution, it may cause blemishes within the products, which is visually unappealing.

Our records indicate you may have been shipped the affected lot from MWI Animal Health. Please check your inventory to see if you have any product with the lot numbers listed. If you have any affected product in stock please remove it from your inventory. Fill out the return information, including the quantity to return, and send it to MWI Animal Health via fax 866-203-0121 or e-mail RecallFax@mwiah.com. When we receive the form, we will issue a UPS label to pick up the recalled product. Once the product is returned, a credit will be issued to your account. Please ensure the product is boxed appropriately for UPS pickup.
