IMPORTANT PRODUCT RECALL TO REPAIR INFORMATION

Dear Mosquito Magnet Customer,
At Woodstream Corporation, the quality of our products and the safety of our consumers are our top priority. As part of our consumer review process, we recently identified a potential safety issue if certain Mosquito Magnet Models are not turned off before cleaning with our “Quick Clear Cartridge” cleaning kit, contrary to instructions requiring units to be turned off prior to cleaning, if not followed, the forced air may damage the regulator.

Models manufactured 2014-2016 involved are:
• Patriot/Patriot Plus (MM4100/MM4200) – Serial # PT01438 – PT01642 • Independence (MM3200) – Serial # IN01450 – IN01625
• Executive (MM3300) – Serial # EX01444 – EX01630
• Commander (MM3400) – Serial #CM01503 – CM01621

The products at issue have stickers with the serial numbers placed on the back of the trap. We are offering a free repair. This action is being taken to prevent damage and injury from broken regulator parts.

Consumers are asked contact us with product information, serial code, name and address to receive free shipping, repair and RE delivery of repaired unit.

They can also email our customer service team or call toll free from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET. Products cannot be repaired and replaced at retail locations.
