Open up the frame, push up on the center hub and extend the legs...it’s that easy! The 12’x12’ canopy top provides 144 sq. ft. of shade to protect and cool 10 to 14 people. Canopy top is made from 150D water resistant and fire retardant (CPAI-84 certified) polyester fabric. Underside of the canopy features an aluminum backing providing 99% UV protection from the sun’s harmful UV rays. Vent at the peak improves airflow for cooler shade. One-piece, heavy duty steel frame comes fully assembled saving time and frustration assembling multiple pieces. Premium, black hammertone powder coated finish prevents corrosion for long lasting use. Straight leg design provides maximum shade and features 4 adjustable heights at the click of a button. Nylon feet won’t scratch wood decks and provides smoother set-up over rough surfaces. Soaring center peak at 10’11” provides an open, cavernous space.
