Whether at home or on-the-go, Blain’s Farm & Fleet customers have the ability to shop our stores with just the touch of their fingertips.

The mobile app demonstrates advancements in our E-Commerce business to make shopping more accessible for all our customers.

Plus, it does a lot more than simply allow customers to search for products online. The Blain’s Farm & Fleet mobile app serves as a centralized hub where customers can find store information, product information, start a gift registry, access their Blain’s Rewards account, and much more!

What Benefits Does the App Give to Customers?

Shopping Online

Customers have the ability to search for a particular brand, product, category, and more in the same way they can on our website.

Simply type your search keyword into the search bar. You can find this at the very top of the page when viewing the home screen.

If you are trying to compare a number of products within a given category, use our “Shop by Department” menu option. It allows users to click through our department categories to find the list of products they desire.

Gift Registry

Blain’s customers now have the ability to create, modify, and search for gift registries on the mobile app.

Simply check your phone while at a Blain’s store or while shopping online to see what items you need to purchase.

The mobile gift registry even allows you to scan a product’s bar code. So you can add it to the gift registry in seconds. Plus, scanning the product bar code will allow the shopper to confirm they are buying the correct item on the gift registry.

Online Purchases

Are you someone that struggles with keeping track of receipts? Do you even print off a receipt after purchasing an item online? If you answered “yes” to the first question and “no” to the second, don’t worry. You aren’t alone.

With our “Online Purchases” feature, you can look up every purchase you have made online through Blain’s Farm & Fleet. This will give you an easy place to reference if you forget when you ordered a product. And it makes repurchasing a lot easier.

Select Your Store

Pick and choose which Blain’s Farm & Fleet store you would like to reference when searching for products online. Depending on the store you select, the inventory and products available for purchase will vary.

Use the “Stores” menu option to change your local store and to find out important information such as:

• Store Address/Directions
• Store Phone Number
• Store Hours
• Store Reviews
• Your Distance From a Store (Based on Your Phone Location)

Way-Finding

This comes in handy when struggling to find the location of a product in one of our stores.

Simply search for the product you are looking for using the “Shop by Department” or “Search” feature in the app. Then, click on the product, and the aisle number will appear on the right hand side of your mobile screen.

Make sure the local store you have selected matches the one you are shopping because every store is laid out a bit differently.

Drive-Thru List

The Drive-Thru feature on the app will allow customers to quickly purchase large, bulky items on their phone and pick them up with our Drive-Thru Service.

When logged in on the app, choose the “Drive-Thru Pickup” option. You will be prompted to a screen that gives you a Shop-on the Spot Option and Advance Order Option. If you are looking to order in advance and pick-up later, select Advance Order.

Plus, if you use our Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store option, your order will be ready for pickup in just one hour!

Blain’s Rewards

Customers will find this menu option very useful after signing up and authorizing their Blain’s Rewards account.

It gives Blain’s Rewards members access to everything they need to know about their Rewards account:

• Check your Blain’s Rewards ID Number
• Access your Blain’s Rewards Card bar code that is scannable during checkout
• Track the number of Rewards Points you are accumulating
• Look Up Purchases made with your Blain’s Rewards Account
