Forbes Recognizes Blain’s as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for the Third Year!

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is honored to announce that they have been recognized on Forbes magazine’s list of America’s Best Mid-sized Employers for the third year in a row! We were first recognized in 2018 and again in 2019. Forbes didn’t conduct the research or publish a list during 2020 due to the pandemic; but with the survey’s return in 2021, this marks our third year. In addition to being recognized as one of the Top 500 Midsize Employers in America, Blain’s Farm & Fleet ranked 17th among all “Retail and Wholesale” companies in the U.S. 

Forbes partnered with the market research company Statista to identify which companies are best at making their employees feel happy, inspired, and well-compensated. The list is released annually and represents the top 500 mid-sized companies (those with between 1,000 and 5,000 employees). Forbes surveyed more than 50,000 employees in America across 25 different industries. The surveys were distributed through online access panels to ensure the respondents were able to give their opinions without company influence, and the survey was anonymous. The questions were about topics such as working conditions, salary, the potential for growth/advancement, and the company’s image.
