What Is the Summer Internship Program?

From June to August, Blain’s Farm & Fleet welcomes interns to various departments within our corporate office and in-store locations. These paid internships are a golden opportunity for students to tackle real projects and contribute meaningfully to their teams.

We offer internships in a variety of different departments, including:

• Human Resources
• Finance
• Merchandising
• Demand Planning
• IT
• Marketing
• Store Management
• and more!

No matter your area of study or interest, there’s a place for you here. Within each of these departments, you’ll have the chance to apply your knowledge in a real-life setting.

And to help ease you into your role, every intern is paired with both a supervisor and a mentor. They will be you go-to resources for advice, support, and feedback throughout the program.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Blain’s Farm & Fleet is our ability to retain our interns beyond the summer program. In fact, 100% of our graduated interns from the summer of 2023 transitioned into full-time roles. Three other interns who returned to school continued their internship after the summer.
