Forbes Recognizes Blain’s Farm & Fleet as one of America’s Best Midsize Employers for the Fourth Year!

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is honored to announce that they have landed on Forbes Magazine’s list of America’s Best Mid-sized Employers for the fourth year in a row! We were first recognized in 2018 and again in 2019. Forbes didn’t publish a list during 2020 due to the pandemic, but Blain’s Farm & Fleet was recognized with the survey’s return in 2021 and again this year in 2022! In addition to being recognized as one of the Top 500 Midsize Employers in America, Blain’s Farm & Fleet ranked 10th among all “Retail and Wholesale” companies in the United States. This modern general store also found itself in the Top 20 on Newsweek’s “Best Online Shops” for the second year in a row!

Forbes partnered with the market research company Statista to identify which companies are best at making their employees feel happy, inspired, and well-compensated. The list is released annually and represents the top 500 mid-sized companies (between 1,000 and 5,000 employees). Forbes surveyed more than 60,000 employees in America across 25 different industries. The questions were about working conditions, salary, the potential for growth/advancement, and the company’s image. The surveys were distributed through online access panels to ensure the respondents could give their opinions without company influence, and the survey was anonymous.
