Jackson Blain’s Farm & Fleet wins Prestigious Brick Award!

Blain’s Farm & Fleet is proud to announce that it has won the prestigious Brick Award by the Jackson County, Michigan, Chamber of Commerce. This award is given to the owner(s) of a building who have invested more than $500,000 within the last three years to substantially upgrade the existing buildings interior and exterior design. The award was presented by the Jackson Commercial Contractors Association at the Chamber’s annual meeting at the Jackson Potter Center on February 7, 2019. More than 450 business and community leaders attend the meeting to install new Board members, thank outgoing Board members, and honor recipients of prestigious awards. “We’re honored to have been given this award,” says Blain’s CEO Jane Gilbertson. “But more than that, we’re honored to now be a part of the Jackson community.”

As you can imagine, there was a lot of hard work, manpower, time, and effort that went into remodeling the former 120,000 square foot K-Mart into the Blain’s Farm & Fleet store. Blain’s leaned on local contractors, from the Jackson area, to get the job done.
