LIMITED LIFETIME TIRE PROTECTION ROAD HAZARD

SERVICES PROVIDED: This road hazard limited lifetime warranty provides for the repair or replacement as detailed below for tires listed with a Tire Protection Road Hazard Warranty on your sales receipt which become unserviceable because of a cut, snag, bruise, impact or puncture caused by a road hazard.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT: This road hazard protection ends when the tire is:
a) worn beyond its original usable treadlife (original tread less 2/32”)
b) tire is unrepairable as a result of damage not caused by a road hazard, or
c) you have received credit for an unrepairable failure, whichever occurs first.

REPAIRABLE FAILURE: We will repair the tire at no charge.

UNREPAIRABLE FAILURE: If the damaged tire can not be repaired during the first 25% of original usable treadlife (original tread less 2/32”) we will replace the tire at no charge. After the first 25% of the original usable treadlife we will replace the tire charging onl the proportion of the current selling price equal to the portion of usable tread used plus mounting, balancing and valve stems at 10% off with free tire disposal.

LIMITATIONS: The size, performance rating and load range rating of the tire purchased must be equivalent to or greater than that specified by thevehicle’s manufacturer. All tire warranties apply only to the original purchaser of the tire and only if the tires remain on the vehicle on which they were originally installed. This road hazard warranty is only available for passenger and light truck tires. It does not apply to any other tire.

EXCLUSIONS: This road hazard protection does not cover repair or replacement for cosmetic damage or any damage not caused by a road hazard or any damage caused by fire, theft, vandalism, abuse, collision, defect of the vehicle, tire chains, misalignment or improper mounting and balancing.These tire warranties do not apply to wearout caused by improper inflation, misalignment, worn parts or failure to use and maintain the tire in accordance with the recommendations provided at the time of sale.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: This road hazard warranty shall cover only the repair or replacement of the tires covered by this specific warranty. We shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
