Janesville, WI<\/strong>\u2014Blain’s Farm & Fleet is proud to announce that Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers has officially proclaimed September 17, 2025, as Blain’s Farm & Fleet Day in recognition of the company’s 70 years of service to families and communities. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blain’s Farm & Fleet began in 1955, when brothers Bert and Claude Blain opened the first store in Janesville, Wisconsin. Over the past seven decades, the retailer has grown from a single storefront to 45 stores across four Midwestern states, serving millions of customers annually. Through it all, Blain’s has remained family-owned and headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Blain’s is known as a trusted destination for tools, automotive parts and service, pet care, home essentials, clothing and footwear, outdoor sporting goods and its beloved seasonal Toyland tradition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The official proclamation also highlighted Blain’s enduring commitment to community causes, from supporting 4-H and FFA to hosting pet adoption events, leading the Bert Blain Memorial Heart Walk, and partnering with numerous local charities in the communities it serves. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
