Blain&#8217;s Farm &amp; Fleet is here to help with a list of things to keep in mind as you prep your yard this fall. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"remove-leaves\">Remove Leaves<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>This might be the most obvious, but as the temperature drops and the leaves follow, be sure to rake them up so that your lawn is clear and new growth can come in without a problem as spring rolls around. If you want, you can mulch your leaves and use them as a natural fertilizer!<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"consistent-care\">Consistent Care<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Just because the warmer months are coming to an end doesn&#8217;t mean that your good lawn habits should! It would be best to stay consistent in watering and mowing your lawn until the ground freezes.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"test-your-soil\">Test Your Soil<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>If you test your soil in the fall, you can find the right products for your lawn, and rest assured knowing that you gave your lawn exactly what it needs during the winter months. <\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fertilize-your-lawn\">Fertilize Your Lawn<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>In a perfect world, you should fertilize your lawn four times a year, but even if you haven&#8217;t been adhering to this standard, it&#8217;s not too late to start good habits!
