Car and truck headlights<\/a> are something you can’t do without. Not only is it illegal to drive at night with headlights that aren’t working properly, it’s also dangerous. Should I\u00a0Replace Both of My Headlights When Only One is Dead?<\/h2>\n

It’s not necessary, but it’s a good idea that will save you the hassle of replacing the other one right away. Especially if the dead headlight is out because of a normal burnout, the other bulb is likely not far behind.<\/p>\n

You should replace your headlights with the brightest ones you can afford, to ensure that you have the best visibility possible when you drive. Some are attached with screws, while others snap or clip into place with plastic fasteners. Once you take off the backing, just remove the old bulb and plug in the new one.
