Planting your very own salsa garden is easier than you could ever imagine. Follow these simple instructions from Blain&#8217;s Farm &amp; Fleet to grow everything for delicious, fresh salsa.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">How to Create a Salsa Garden:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> Determine a size and a location in your yard to plant your garden. The area should get sun for at least 6 hours a day. If you&#8217;re starting with a new bed, start small, maybe 5&#8242; x 5&#8242;. This way you will get a good gauge on how much produce you actually use and change your garden plan accordingly for next year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Remove the sod from the site you&#8217;ll be using with either a shovel or a sod cutter. Cut about 3-4&#8243; down if you&#8217;re using a shovel. Try to remove as much grass and root as possible. Several varieties grow better under certain conditions.
