Wherever you choose to buy bees from, it&#8217;s important that you order them early. You&#8217;ll want to order them in the winter so you have a colony lined up for April or May, when you can start with a new hive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You need to know about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.farmandfleet.com\/blog\/whos-who-meet-your-bee-colony\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">the members of your bee colony<\/a>. When you buy bees, there should be worker bees, drones and a queen bee.
