Farmers Appreciation Event<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THE SWEEPSTAKES. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. <\/strong>Open only to legal residents of, and residing in, the contiguous 48 United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older as of 10\/16\/2026. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where restricted or prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins 10\/16\/2026, at 8:00 A.M. Central Standard Time (\u201cCST\u201d) and ends 10\/18\/2026, at 7:59 P.M. CST (\u201cSweepstakes Period\u201d). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet (\u201cSponsor\u201d). By entering the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. ELIGIBILITY<\/strong>: Employees of Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, divisions, suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members, whether or not related, of each such employee are not eligible to enter or to win the Sweepstakes. The parties acknowledge that the Sponsor shall not be liable for the reimbursement of any prizes or other amounts payable to entrants who are in violation of these eligibility requirements or these Official Sweepstakes Rules.  
 
3. HOW TO ENTER:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the Sweepstakes Period, there are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Rewards Members can enter the Sweepstakes through downloading the Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet app on their smartphone and can scan the QR code to enter the contest.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. See the customer service desk at your local Farm & Fleet store to fill out an entry form, limiting 1 entry per customer per entry period. No purchase necessary.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Rewards Members will automatically receive one (1) entry when they make a qualifying purchase during the Sweepstakes Period in the agricultural department, including livestock feed, bedding, grooming products, or farm maintenance supplies, and identify themselves as a Rewards Member at the time of purchase. No additional entry form is required. Entrants may enter through this purchase method or through either of the no-purchase methods described in A or B above.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. A person who receives an automatic entry through method C is not eligible for an additional entry through method A or B. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and none will be returned. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as contemplated in the Official Rules, including if due to technical failures which compromise the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry procedure or the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE; ODDS.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. One (1) winner will receive the following prize: $2,500\u00a0Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Gift Card<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Two (2) winners will receive the following prize: $1,000 Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Gift Card\u202f\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. One (1) winner will receive the following prize: $500 Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Gift Card\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Forty-Five (45) winners will receive the following prize: $200 Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Gift Card\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Forty-Five (45) winners will each receive a $200 Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Gift Card sponsored by Ariat\u00a9. The prize is sponsored by Ariat\u00a9 but will be awarded and fulfilled by Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet. The gift card may be used toward the purchase of any eligible merchandise sold by Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet, including Ariat\u00a9 products, either in store or online. Ariat\u00a9\u2019s involvement is limited solely to its sponsorship of this prize, and Ariat\u00a9 is not otherwise affiliated with, responsible for, or involved in the administration, operation, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      No transfer or substitution of prize permitted except where required by law. If the Prize, or any portion of such prize, becomes unavailable, the Sponsor may award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. For Prize A, one (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received across all Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet store locations, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all locations. For Prize B, two (2) winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received across all Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet store locations, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all locations. For Prize C, one (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received across all Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet store locations, and the odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received across all locations. For Prize D, one (1) winner will be selected for each of the forty-five (45) Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet store locations, and the odds of winning at each location depend on the number of eligible entries received for that location. Winner is only eligible for one prize A \u2013 D per period. Taxes on the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. All expenses, costs and fees not expressly included above are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. The total number of prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is forty-nine (49) prizes. Following determination of the winners, the prizes will be delivered to each of the Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Store Location within 30 days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Tentative Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about October 23, 2026 (the \u201cDrawing\u201d). The selected entry will be the tentative Prize winner, subject to confirmation by Sponsor of compliance with the Official Rules. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to notify the tentative Prize winner via e- mail and\/or telephone within five (5) days of the drawing and at that time Sponsor may, at its election, require a tentative Prize winner to complete Sponsor\u2019s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (the \u201cRelease\u201d) as a condition to receiving the Prize. The notified person, at his or her discretion, may disclaim the Prize by not claiming such Prize or by not completing and returning to Sponsor the Release within five (5) days and in such case an alternate tentative Prize winner will be selected. This process will be repeated as necessary until such time as a tentative Prize winner completes and returns to Sponsor the Sponsor\u2019s Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within seven (7) days. At such time, subject to verification by the Sweepstakes judges, a tentative Prize winner will be deemed the Prize Winner. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner further grants to the Sponsor the right to use the Prize Winner\u2019s name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration and to release his or her name to persons requesting the name of the winner of the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, the Prize Winner further grants to the Sponsor the right to use such Prize Winner\u2019s name, photograph, voice, likeness and city of residence for purposes of advertising or promoting and publicizing the efforts and activities of the Sponsor and the Sweepstakes without further consideration and to release his or her name to persons requesting the names of the winners of the Sweepstakes. Non-compliance or the return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7. NAME OF WINNER:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      For the name of the Prize Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope (except where not required by State law) to: Blain\u2019s Farm & Fleet Farmers Appreciation Event Sweepstakes Winner\u2019s List at the Sweepstakes Address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agency, and its and their officers, directors, employees and agents (the \u201cpromotion parties\u201d) from and against and claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death. Each participant further agrees that in any case of action, the promotion parties\u2019 liability will be limited to the cost of participating in the promotion, and in no event shall the promotion parties be liable for attorneys\u2019 fees, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages and each participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. FURTHER RESTRICTIONS; DISQUALIFICATION.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and\/or use of the Prize not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the entrant. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for the winner\u2019s use of any Prize after it has been delivered to the Prize Winner. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Each entry must be submitted by the entrant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. GENERAL CONDITIONS.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Subject to applicable law, Sponsor reserves the right to change these rules at any time. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, all entries are subject to verification. Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, software, online, Internet or technological malfunctions or for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, undelivered, delayed, mutilated, postage-due or misdirected mail, correspondence, requests, claims or other errors or problems in connection with or relating to the Sweepstakes. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as contemplated in the Official Rules, Sponsor may terminate or modify the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry procedure or the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, and participants agree that venue with respect to any dispute will be in Wisconsin and any claims relating to this Sweepstakes must be resolved in Wisconsin.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
