Instructions:
Preparation. Lightly shape ground beef into four 3/4” thick patties. Brush onion slices with oil using The Original Chip Clip® Silicone Basting Brush.
Grilling. Place the patties in the center of the grill grid over medium heat. Arrange the onion slices around the beef patties. Season each beef patty with salt and pepper after flipping them on the grill. Grill uncovered for 13-15 minutes (160° F) for medium doneness. The patties should not be pink in the center and the juices should run clear. Turn the onion slices occasionally until tender. - Building your Burger. About one minute before removing the patties from the grill, top each with two cheese slices. Combine the mayonaise and mustard. Spread on the top halves of the rolls. Place the hamburger in the bun and top with a slice of grilled onion, lettuce and tomato. Enjoy!
