How large of a turkey can this roaster hold, pounds wise?
A shopper on Nov 14, 2013
Best Answer: This past Thanksgiving 2013, I roasted a turkey that was a little over 19 lbs and it fit just fine with room to spare. It was snug from wing to wing. But fit great other than that. Roasted beautifully, stuffing and all.

Will it hold more than one 11x13 pan for side dishes at the same time?
A shopper on Nov 14, 2013
Best Answer: I've never tried that but I'm sure it could be done. It's definitely deep enough. However, I do have to say ... my roaster only lasted about 2 years.

Best Answer: Yes. This roaster comes with an assembled lid. Very nice roasters that I use for catering on a regular basis.
